Sr 202000201290 closed as accepted on 10/20/26caller is under the impression that dbi should inspect within a business day and the building manager should have been advised to turn the heat on. the heat is not on still, to date 10/22/26. please inspect and if the heat is not turned on within 1 business day, please note this 311 sr of date of inspection and any updates that are relevant to when the heat will be turned on. there are many senior's that live in this building and it is a health concern as it gets extremely cold.311 note* caller wished to remain anonymous
