Description
This is a new complaint about an exterior drain and other plumbing work for which there is no permit, and for the exterior work which was done while the exterior permit was suspended. the attached photo is from october 3rd. the exterior permit was suspended but the contractors have been working anyway. on october 7th the permit holder claimed there was new drainage in the concrete in the rear yard. there was no drain when the plumbing inspector visited the site in april and there is no permit for a rear exterior drain. i ask that dbi to please confirm the new drain, what permit covers it, and most importantly awhere it discharges. request: please inspect the new exterior work done without permits in the front and rear, and confirm where the unpermitted rear drain discharges.
