Description
Caller reporting in significant leak last september 24 that came from the ceiling of the living area. the floors and adjacent walls were affected. there is now an open ceiling cavity. added, the moisture on the floor measures in the high 50 with a moisture tool. added, she is now temporarily rehoused through her insurance. per caller the management company refused access to an independent environmental inspector between october 10 & 12. the remediation company has stopped working.
