On October 24th a man aggressively banged on my backyard gate demanding I shut off my water. When I opened the gate, he did not identify himself as a City employee nor give me a reason to shut off my water. I told him that the City did not inform me not to use my water outdoors on Saturday. He then threatened me saying that if the water from my house interferes with their rock island installation at the corner of Alhambra & Ponderosa that I will have to pay for the repairs. At this point I was furious and told him to get off my property immediately. If this was a SSF employee at a minimum I want him reprimanded and a formal apology from the City. If this was a construction contractor hired by SSF I want him fired and a formal apology. The unprofessionalism of this man deserves immediate action as our tax dollars should not go to employing this disrespectful behavior. DO BETTER SOUTH CITY!!!
