Description
The contractor/owner of this property plans to pour a concrete driveway this week, maybe Monday. I believe the proposed driveway encroaches at least 4 feet into the “public right of way “ and will obstruct the flow of drainage water next to the road. Does the contractor have an encroachment permit and has the city approved the work “ I am the next door neighbor and if the drainage is blocked during an intense rain storm my property may be flooded..
