Accumulation of dry leaves on slopes for couple of years and debris from Redwood Trees along Redwood parkway and Oakwood around Cypress Point subdivision. Hillside near canal in back of Cypress Point. Tax assessments annually in 7711 NE Quadrant Landcape Maintenance District. Maybe prune some tree branches and clean up leaves debris- fire hazard? Cleanup before El Niño storm this winter.
