Description
I’m reporting an encampment in the 1700 block of Broadway in Vallejo with multiple bags of accumulated trash, vermin and what appear to be dead rats. I’m also concerned about reported open meth use, suspected prostitution and sexual harassment of children walking to school. Please urgently investigate these conditions, address the trash and health hazards, and prioritize the children’s safety.
