Behind my house in an old easement between Greenfield and Claremont Aves is a large storm drain that has been buried by debris; in the past during heavy storms (specifically Dec 15/16th 2021) this blocked storm drain caused my backyard to flood and broke a storm pipe buried on my property; this drain is blocked again with debris and overgrown brush. In light of the coming storms and winter I'm afraid of flooding again... At least 3/4 of the culvert is buried; this was last dug out in late fall 2024 and needs digging out again. It is located in the easement abutting the back corners 128 Claremont Ave, 163 & 203 Greenfield Aves, Vallejo CA 94590. This website is asking me to fill in "where is the obstruction located?" Please see above addresses and this is an obstruction of water.
