Description
How would any person with any sort of disability traverse this westbound sidewalk? The weeds need to be cut or removed. Also there is ivy growing across the east bound sidewalks (again making it impossible for anyone with any sort of disability) in between Tuolumne Street and I80, which I have reported in the past and nothing has been about it.
