THE STREET ITSELF WHERE THE TRAILER IS IS CITY PROPERTY, THE LOT IS PRIVATELY OWNED. The trailer resident has yet to be contacted by the city and told to move. The longer he is there more garbage is added and others who are looking for a place to camp will congregate add to the mess. The individual is continuing to add to the garbage piles on the lot itself. The absentee owner nor the city have made any effort to clean this up. The offending lot has been posted, more than once and still nothing has been done to fully remediate the situation.
