On 10/16/2026 at approximately 9:00 am BSM was using gas powered leaf blowers at 2340 Westcliffe Lane. https://www.bsminc.com/home/ The gas blowers can be heard and smelled from adjacent properties and the Iron Horse Trail. BSM is at this property every Friday morning generally between 8:30 to 10:00. Multiple complaints have been made since February of 2026 when the Blower Ordinance became effective, yet BSM continues to use the gas powered blowers without any apparent enforcement or regard for the Blower Ordinance https://www.bsminc.com/home/
