Description
Have you noticed how the short left turn lane from Ygnacio Valley Rd Westbound to Oak Grove Road with a really short signal creates a traffic jam and lots of unnecessary exhaust fumes with vehicles all sitting around waiting for your short lane and signal to turn green? Since it takes forever for government to make changes, are there any plans in place? can you answer my question vs just closing this ticket? Thanks
