Description
There are 6-7 instances of graffiti from the same person on both walls of the 680 overpass on Lilac Drive, as well as on a sign attached to one of the support columns. They have also put graffiti on an electrical box located at the intersection of Lilac & Lancaster Rd. These are all from the same person who has repeatedly hit this site over the past 6 weeks. I know bc I drive by twice a day.
