Cars entering and exiting the Target lot also accelerate quickly to find gaps in N. Main traffic, adding to the danger for people walking. Requesting a full signal with pedestrian signal heads; in the interim, a pedestrian hybrid beacon or rectangular rapid flashing beacons plus hardened centerlines/channelizers as used at other N. Main crosswalks under the Uncontrolled Crosswalk Improvement Program.
