Thanks so much for the reply to my previous submittal Thanks for confirming that someone can run a construction business out of a residential house in Walnut Creek. Assuming they have all permits, business licenses, etc., to do so. You noted that once their construction project is completed then they would be required to limit their vehicles, parked around their house per the Parking code I’ve reached out to the Parking enforcement folks to find out what those restrictions might be But again the loophole remains The homeowner does not have to expedite either the submittal for the permit or complete of the work to final the permit And therefore can park any number of vehicles without restriction around their house Again, this is unfortunate and not surprising And I do appreciate really the directness in the specific nature of your last reply in closing my submittal I’m not looking to aggravate you or be a nudge and I apologize if I’ve done so Since I realize you have much better things to do than answer, my repeated queries
