Subject: Recurring oversized truck parking violation and garage visibility hazard I would like to request parking enforcement for a large GMC box truck that regularly parks on Long Bridge Street in Mission Bay, near coordinates 37.772955, -122.392253. The truck appears to exceed the 7-foot height limit established under SF Transportation Code §7.2.54 and frequently remains parked for extended periods. It also appears to extend beyond the painted parking-space boundaries, potentially violating §7.2.51. More importantly, the truck repeatedly parks immediately next to a residential garage exit. Due to its height and size, it significantly obstructs drivers' visibility of approaching traffic when exiting the garage, creating a safety hazard. I request that SFMTA: 1. Verify whether the oversized-vehicle parking restrictions apply and whether the vehicle has any valid exemptions. 2. Inspect compliance with the marked parking-space boundaries. 3. Assess the recurring visibility obstruction at the garage exit. 4. Issue appropriate citations if violations are confirmed. I have attached photographs documenting the vehicle and its location.
