Description
QR code, and official SFPW portal lists Permit # SSP-26-04778 "Tow Status: Not Enforceable" and "Awaiting Applicant Info." Plus workers on-site have moved signs to spaces they want, and even threatened residents with towing to force them out. These threats constitute illegal public space hoarding and harassment. Please dispatch an officer ASAP to inspect, address the behavior, and remove the illegal signs.
