This parking lot exits blindly into the sidewalk without any signage or speed bumps to control speed. The mural also obstruct visibility for cars exiting. I've almost been hit multiple times by reckless drivers barreling out of the parking lot. My grandmother lived in the senior home down the block, and she and multiple of her friends have also almost been hit. A speed bump or signage needs to be added, and visibility improved.
