I live in an apartment building and my neighbors above me located at unit #610 in argenta apartments are banging on the floor until 5am in the morning. They have a habit of banging on the floor. But it usually stops after 11pm-1am. I havnt gotten any sleep for several nights as a result of this banging. I’ve contacted the property manager at my complex several times regarding this issue. The property manager puts a letter on their door. Probably puts a noise violation on their tenant portal, and the noise still persists. Which is why I’m reaching out to enforcement, because life everyone else I just need some sleep. I’m pretty sure banging on someone’s roof until 5am, or even after 11pm violates noise ordinance curfew time. It happens everyday. Someone please leave a note. Visit the neighbors. Send a letter. Anything.
