Description
"This is on going issue for at least 2 months. The noise is a belt, whining or a fan crying or screeching sound. Perhaps some equipment or fan that needs lubrication. The building maintenance turned off the fan at 8am and it usually they turned it back on at 8pm. I came home tonight and noticed it at 10:15 p.m."
