I witness last night a tall old white man walking his dog littered at the walkway but he didn't pick up litter. We crossed path opposite sides of each other. I was headed to Safeway. I started shopping but I noticed he stalked me into the store which is a whole long block away he was standing looking for someone, possibly me. This man! He is the neighborhood poop bandit who constantly play shit in this neighborhood for a long long long long time! It's him! He knows where I live and where I visit places in the neighborhood and streets I walk on and he would literally smear shit all over the place and even driveway roadway where cars drive. Lately he played a different game by pouring some kind of oil water staining the entire streets and show marks and spills and putting black pieces of tar all over the place. I saw him face to face inside the store. His height about over 6 feet tall, old white man, white hair, really tall stuckup nose, and his medium size dog is black. He should be arrested or he continues to use his dog poop to play poop smear all over the neighborhood every week. He walks to where I live and smeared it all over the drive way and road way. He even placed a bag of poop at the drive way where cars park. He even does it at the curb where he usually rubs poop in circular motion wide spread diameter. He smears poop against some store buildings too. Sometimes I would rinse the dirt off but he keeps doing it all over again and again. He is a nasty disgusting man he doesn't stop thru the years! He must be stopped please help! Everywhere I walk there's shit traces of it! He does it on purpose he's been playing shit with me for the longest time. He kept throwing poop around all my pathways. He does petty dabs dabs here and there from time to time and other times he would do long tracks marks. He does it at the restaurants curbs too. Please have him stop!
