Description
Post and Pierce Street. Post st pavement was just removed and replaced by new asphalt. Now theyre digging it back again and ruin the new pavement. This is such a waste of city resources. Recently replaced asphalt on Post Street is being dug up again, causing damage to the new street pavement. This rework is affecting the overall road surface quality.
