Description
Abandoned nonfunctional fixture covered in graffiti vandalism is an endorsement of urban blight and endorses the spread of blight and disorder. Remove prevention the fixture. The fire/police callbox is abandoned and non-functional, requiring repair or removal as requested. It is also defaced with graffiti on its top and sides, and has a sticker on the base of the unit.
