Description
caller is reporting two unrampped steel plates stacked on top of each other and caused a road hazard accident. caller was on a lime scooter going downwards towards 3rd street today 11/4 around 550pm and was tripped over these plates due to the 3-4 inches gap between the plates and the street. caller stated it's right outside of 666 harrison oakwood apartment. it did result in injury and caller is about to go to urgent care.
